Shipping
Orders placed on the Evolute Pickleball website are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week.
The default carrier is FedEx Ground/2nd Day, within the contiguous United States. At checkout, you may select USPS Priority Mail as an alternative shipping option. For customers using a P.O. Box as their shipping address, USPS Priority Mail is the preferred carrier service.
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with shipping and tracking details. Delivery times will vary by destination and selected shipping service. Please allow 1-2 days for processing, plus transit time.
Evolute Pickleball currently ships to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii via select methods. For availability in your area, please contact customer service at support@evolutepb.com.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Evolute Pickleball is not liable for delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are eligible within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date for a refund. In order to be eligible to receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order confirmation. Returns may be initiated by contacting the customer support team at support@evolutepb.com. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 14 business days for an eligible return to process. Refunds do not include any duties, taxes, and/or shipping costs incurred at the time of the original purchase. Evolute Pickleball reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet all aforementioned conditions. Evolute Pickleball is not responsible nor liable for any return packages that are lost, stolen or untrackable.
In the event a return is initiated after the 30-day calendar window, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit in lieu of a refund.
